OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% payment is due at time of booking. The balance is due 15 days before your arrival.
We understand that plans can change, so here’s how we handle it:
If you need to cancel, first — please consider changing your dates and talk to us about it. If you can’t do that, 100% of your payment is refundable if canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of your payment is refundable if canceled between 8 and 13 days before arrival. No refund is available if you cancel your reservation within 7 days of arrival.
